Reports
12 reports, plain English — one export per view. Each report shows you something specific about the shop: how sales are trending, what's selling, who owes money, what got refunded, what walked out the door. All reports update live from the database — no scheduled refresh. Use the period picker to change the date range, then download as CSV or send to QuickBooks.
Daily sales
Every sale you rang up, grouped by day. Compare today vs last week.
Why it matters: shows your busiest days and your average ticket. Drives the QuickBooks export.
QuickBooks Desktop export
How it works. We bundle all sales + payments in the period into a CSV that imports into QuickBooks Desktop's General Journal. Each invoice debits Cash or A/R, credits Sales Revenue + Sales Tax Payable. Each payment moves money from A/R into Cash/Card Clearing/Undeposited Checks. Your accountant can audit every line. Period defaults to last 30 days.
Chart of accounts Which QuickBooks account each line posts to — edit if your chart uses different names
These are the account names written into the CSV. They default to QuickBooks' standard names — change any to match your chart of accounts. Blank reverts to the default. Past exports are unchanged.
Nothing is uploaded automatically to QuickBooks Online — you'll import the CSV manually in QuickBooks Desktop. The CSV stays on your computer; we never send accounting data to a third party.
