What counts as an answered call?

An answered call is a call the AI agent picks up and handles. Missed calls and declined calls cost nothing.

What happens when my balance reaches zero?

The agent stops answering and calls ring through as before. You can never be billed past your balance.

How do top-ups work?

You can top up manually from $10–$5,000. Once a card is added, you can turn on auto top-up so calls keep flowing when the counter gets busy.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There are no contracts or monthly minimums. You can stop using the phone agent anytime.
