Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of AutoPartsAgent.ai (the "Service") operated by AutoPartsAgent.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
1. The Service
AutoPartsAgent.ai provides an AI-powered virtual agent for auto parts retailers. The agent answers phone calls, decodes VINs, quotes parts, generates invoices, and handles customer interactions across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and web chat.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for businesses, not individual consumers. By using the Service, you represent that you are authorized to bind your business to these Terms and operate an auto parts, dealership, repair, or related commercial operation.
3. Self-Serve Signup and White-Glove Requests
You may start with the self-serve AI phone agent or request a white-glove setup call for multi-store, ERP, or custom routing needs. By submitting a signup or request form, you agree:
- No card is required to start the self-serve agent with the included free calls.
- Usage after any included credit is governed by the prepaid billing terms shown at signup or in your dashboard.
- White-glove setup requests are reviewed based on operational fit, integration needs, and implementation capacity.
- You authorize us to contact you at the email and phone number you provide to complete setup, support your account, or schedule a requested call.
4. Production Access
Production access is available two ways: (a) self-serve — you create an account, add prepaid credits, and your agent goes live once your go-live checklist is complete, governed by these Terms; or (b) for managed or custom-integration deployments, under a separate service agreement. Self-serve pricing is usage-based via prepaid credits; managed pricing, scope, and integration timelines are confirmed separately.
5. Demo Environment
The chat and voice demos on this site are provided for evaluation only. Demo data is illustrative. Demo interactions may be logged for quality and improvement purposes. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of the demo.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service; (b) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; (d) abuse rate limits, including the VIN decoder which is capped at 5 lookups per IP address per 24 hours.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive no ownership rights by using the Service.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your business identity, integration details, and usage data as confidential. Customer identities are never disclosed publicly without permission. You agree to treat any non-public information about our Service that you receive as confidential.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon for business decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued service is not commercially viable.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoPartsAgent.ai is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
